-In-Depth knowledge on INtools / SPI 2013 and 2016 Intergraph product including capability to prepare Instrument Index, Specification Sheets, Instrument Loop Diagrams, Foundation -Fieldbus Segment Diagrams, Cable Schedules, Wiring, Calculations, Drum Schedules and -Instrument Hook-ups.
-Be Capable of Initializing a domain and associating it with the smart plant instrumentation database.
-Be Capable of the Creation of Specification sheets using INtools or Powersoft Infomaker software
-Maintain the table spaces of Admin & project data tables in Oracle
-Taking care of Audit trails and History tracking
-Project Initialization in SPI (INtools) thru Watcom / Oracle databases
-Control the access rights for different level of users
-Customisation of reports for various deliverables using Infomaker and SQL statements
-Using Import module with Excel / MS Access input files for importing system vendor information or Index modification done outside of INTools
-Using the Hook-up module for generation of Instrument Hook-ups and Generate MTOs
-Integrate SPI (INtools) with Autocad / Microstation to generate Loop diagrams and Hook-up diagrams
-Export and Import the specification sheets (Datasheets) from vendor or process department using External editor
-Generating Tag Item BOM from INTools for making RFQs in SP Materials
-Troubleshooting the SPI (INtools) database in Oracle using SQL or with ODBC connection directly.
-Creating Procedures, triggers and functions for SPI in SQL to validate / automate on SPI activites.
-In-Depth knowledge on 3D modelling software such as PDS, SP3D and capability to incorporate instrumentation requirements such as Cable Tray, Cable Trenches, Junction -Boxes, Field Instruments etc.
-Be able to prepare manpower loading charts to ensure compliance with project schedules.
-Ensure strict compliance with Company’s Quality procedures.
